All fragrance and scented products are available for shipping to 20 countries and regions, including Austria, Australia, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

For unavailable countries, adding Fragrance/Scented products to the shopping cart may lead to order error or cancellation by the system.

We will not cover VAT claims. In the event that your order is charged taxes or other additional charges, you are responsible for all expense occurred, which is not refundable.

For orders shipped to European Union countries, customers will pay the applicable taxes during the checkout process, with the amount calculated according to local customs policies.

For orders shipped to Australia, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% will be applied at checkout, also calculated based on local customs policies.
