Cyber Color Feather Tutu Magic Mascara gets eyes look like swan feather smudge proof and waterproof with extra-long and ultra-thick formula. By building the extending coats to enhance its luxurious and volume look.
Despite its waterproof formula, it can be cleaned easily as it emulsifies well with cleansing oil.
How To Use:
Get the mascara brush closely on the lashes and brush it out from the roots to outwards in a zigzag form. Lengthen the outer corner lashes for a cats’ eyes effect.
