Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling off Period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-day Guaranteed Return Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us or go to "My account" to raise a return request within 30days after receipt. Returns can only be made once approved by Customer Services.

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused, and you will have to bear the postage costs.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. However, if you request a return and refund based on personal preference or issues, we will arrange the refund after deducting a 25% of product value as handling fee beyond shipping cost after we received the returned products.

Please be award that once the order status is "fulfilled," we do not accept changes to order information, receiving information or cancellations.

Product Quality Issue

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or any issue due to our error. Please contact us immediately after received the goods.

Undeliverable Orders

If the delivery agent is unable to deliver and returns the package, we will arrange a full refund.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us due to customer's issues, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 25% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. The remaining amount will be processed according to the "Refund Policy" and "Refund Time".​

​If the order is fulfilled or delivered, we don't accept refund or chargeback due to customer's issues (due to incorrect delivery address, or customer doesn't pay the Tax or complete the customs clearance process. *)

* You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country or region in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Sasa.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from different countries or regions; the local post office will contact the consignee directly for the tax issues.

Return Instruction:

1.Within 30 days after received the products, go to "My account" and click "Return and Exchange" in the relevant order in the shopping record.

2. Select the product to be returned, indicate quantity and the return reason in the form.

3. Our customer service will check and email you about the relevant matters and arrangements within 3 working days. Once the return request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, please follow the instructions for returning the item.

4. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We do not accept COD returns. If the return is caused by defective item, we will refund the shipping fee in the form of Sasa.com ecoupon.

5. We will arrange item refund once we received the returned goods, for the return shipping fee caused by defective goods, we will refund in the form of Sasa.com ecoupon.
