You can feel it !
Since I only used it one time, I didn't really saw a big big difference
BUT you can really feel the burning sensation (which is not great at all) so I guess that it really do something when you use it for a long time. The mask in itself is quite weird to put on and sadly didn't fit my whole jaw (since I have a big head ?) ( ；´Д｀)
I definitely recommend it if used more than once !
