I was a little bit hesitant to get this. It tastes just like a cup of cappuccino. It helps you to feel full and not want to eat a lot of snacks during the day. It also helps control your hunger. I would def recommend this product if your looking to stop snacking of unhealthy food.

Slim down slowly, but safely.
I drink this as part of my breakfast and it last me for around 4-5hours before I feel hungry again. Feel full a lot faster, with light exercise I've lost 1 inch off my upper & lower belly. Didn't feel uncomfortable after consuming the drinks. No more constipation, go to toilet daily with no stomach pain. Taste good too, not too bitter for me. More confident now as my clothes seems to fit better on me and I didn't feel torture not able to fulfill my cravings.
