Its a powder formula and turns out light greenish not dark green. The reason i gave it two stars because it doesn't taste good and no matter how much i tried to mix it, the powder doesn't dissolves with milk or water. i still taste the powder when i drink it which isn't pleasant. for the effects i cant really say because i don't drink it every day, its kind of hard to drink everyday when it doesn't taste good. for those who want to know how it taste like its very bland more bland than water.
