Usually, I consumer this before lunch and dinner as I seldom eat breakfast. Yet, I can still observe the result. I need to go to toilet more after consuming the capsules.
I have been consuming it for the whole treatment now. After consumption, it increases my frequency of excretion but I think it's normal. My weight has a bit reduced too.
