how to use it
Apply before eye shadow. Draw along the eyelid to brighten up your eye.
I tried this going by description of "1 Day Tattoo Real Lasting 24 Hour..." but for me it didn't seem to do that. The liner is really easy to use so you get a nice thin line but the brush dries out very quickly so I end up using more on my hand to re-wet the tip than on my eyes!
It definitely does not last 24 hours - maybe 8 hours or so and it will start flaking a bit.
But I love the fineness of this brush so I might try another liner in this brand.
