how to use it
Use before sleep. Wash and dry feet.
Remove the protective film of a piece of Kokubo Foot Pad Healer. Adhere it under your foot with the tree-sap-side facing your skin.
The patch has a nice, subtle rose scent but I'm not sure if the detox part works. I usually leave them overnight and the next day, there's just a bit of dark greasy stuff around the edge of the patch. I'd buy it again just because it makes my duvet smells so good :)
