precise, no smudge, easy to take off
This is my new favorite! I always love my dolly winky and now this one is even better. I love the head is so small it can even go in between the lashes. It has good staying power and won't make panda eyes. Plus, it's easy to take off at nite. I love it and cannot say enough good things about this product!

The liner is not really pigmented but, it definitely has a really fine tip which makes application really easy. Smudge-proof wise it has lasted the whole day on my oily lids. Waterproof? not so much...
