Adhesive gel sheet stays well in place even the user turns in bed or makes any body movement.
Comfortable and stable cooling effect persists for about 8 hours.
It can be used when one has a headache or tooth pain, or when skin or muscle feeling hot or pain.
how to use it
Store in refrigerator for better cooling effect. (Do not store in freezer)
Remove the transparent film, and tightly attach the gel cooling surface on the desired body area.
Cut the cooling gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors according to the size of affected region.
Use each cooling gel sheet once only due to the reason of sanitation and effectiveness.

Excellent
A fantastic product, the cooling effect lasts for hours and hours. It never gets too cold so that you have to take it off before you get frostbite, so it's much better than an ice pack. Definitely helps relieve headaches. After an hour or so, it starts losing stickiness, so if you're wearing it while sitting up it might start to fall off.
The box comes with 3 packets, with two cooling sheets in each pack. You can use one sheet and then fold the packet to save the other sheet.

we got these ones in australia and it cost about 12 dollars for 2 packs of 4 stripes, but in sasa --- only 5 US for 6??? i am stocking up right now...
