how to use it
Apply a proper amount to the fatty parts (wrists, arms, hip, thighs, shanks), with clockwise direction massage for 10-15minutes, and repeat with circular movements for better penetration. 10 days is a treatment.
May take many applications for it to show slimming effect. For me there is a warm sensation after about an hour of application. Not painful at all. Very faint smell. Requires good massage to absorb before getting dressed. Wash hands well after!
i dont know bout this gel, but i stopped using it. its very easy to apply, its like gel/lotion. but beware! do not ever ever touch your face after using it, even you wash your hands with soap and water. because your face will burn!! not literally but it'll be really hot! it happened to me twice! so i curse this product lol. ddnt see any slimming/fit results
