Unique U-shaped heat pad can stick fitly and firmly around both neck and shoulders. Simply stick on clothing or underwear around the base of the neck, heat will spread through the area and penetrate to the source of pain.

how to use it
Tear to open the sachet by hand and take out the heat pad.
Peel away the paper strip.
Stick on clothing or underwear around the base of the neck.
The heat pad warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes.
