how to use it
Eyebrow: brush through eyebrow after the application of eyebrow pencil or eyebrow powder.
Eyelash: apply mascara and wait until it is completely dry. Then apply the top coat starting from the lash root.
I don't see any different between use and not use.

short shelf life!
The item itself is great. But the one I bought has very short expiration date (bought on March 2012 and expires on Nov 2012), and sasa would not give partial refund for item with over 6 months shelf life. So beware!

Product works wonder
I am using a smudge free mascara but I find it sometimes my mascara still smudges as day goes by. After I tried this product I am amazed! My mascara does not smudge anymore therefore I do not have to reapply my under eye concealer again!!! Thumbs up for this product!!!!

Really works
My fave mascara smudges slightly on me and this helps stop it from smearing my under eye area. Highly recommend this!
