Ankang Congee is a nutritious congee that contains multi natural ingredients including puffed rice, oat, carrot, spinach, wheat etc. It gives different types of daily nutrition you needed. It can substitute your daily meals while maintaining a healthy diet.
Each serving has only 108 kcal, with no added preservatives, coloring or artificial favoring. It an ideal light healthy diet. The congee comes in a small sachet that can be easily served.

how to use it
Open the package. Pour in 200 cc boiling water into a bowl.
Stir and wait for 10 minutes, then its ready to eat.
I really like this porridge. Tastes good and healthy. I had this for breakfast/tea/dinner and it really helps curb appetite. Will continue having this as my diet option :)
