how to use it
Add 200ml of hot water to one sachet of Red Date and Ginger Tea. Stir well before serving.
Precaution: Not to be used by people with gastric ulcer. Hot base people should not drink too much.

My cup of tea!
This tea is great, very light and slightly sweet and just the perfect ginger tea for me. I really enjoy drinking this tea and the added benefits are really good but not sure if it works since I have only tried once but I'm definitley going to stock up!
