Made of high quality goat hair, it is soft enough for applying, blending loose powder on face and leaving a perfect and professional finish.
The hairs are very soft and picks up a decent amount of powder. I'm not sure if it's intentional but the cut is sloped towards one side. The short handle is convenient.
